If for any reason after the first 21 nights and within the 100-night guarantee of purchase you are not happy with your Atlantis mattress you are able to return your mattress for a full refund.

The return shipping is covered for all mattresses in metro areas of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, and Perth. For all regional and rural deliveries, the 100-night trial is still available, however, the return shipping is not covered.

We will arrange to pick up your mattress either through our delivery services or through a local charity organization. Only after your mattress has been picked up, will a full refund of your mattress will be processed.
