In addition to the 100-night trial, we also offer a free comfort adjustment to tailor the feel of your mattress it’s just not right for you, we only ask that you try the mattress for 21 nights first as it can take some time for your body to adjust to a certain feel. If you have selected our old mattress removal service during your purchase our delivery partners will remove your old mattress at the time of your delivery, we will only remove one mattress for every mattress purchased and currently do not remove ensemble bases.

This service is only available in metro areas and the mattress needs to be in a clean sanitary condition.

Based on years of industry feedback from the public the following can be considered when selecting the best feel for your body.

Firm

Suggested for predominate back sleepers or for those with lower back concerns. While this mattress is on the firmer feel it still offers a nice level of comfort.

Medium

Suggested for side sleepers and combinational sleepers (stomach, back and side) the medium allows the mattress to mould to your hips and shoulders to help eliminate pressure points.

Soft

Suggested for people who predominately sleep on their side, it’s high level of comfort ensures your hips and shoulders receive the ultimate in pressure relief while sleeping on a cloud.

Half – Half

Recommended for couples that have different preferences and don’t want to compromise on their preferred comfort level. Each side of the mattress can have a choice of either firm, medium or soft.
