Choose your ideal comfort level at purchase: firm, medium or soft. If you and your partner can’t agree, you can opt for a split feel that gives you the best of both worlds.

Sleep on it
Once your mattress has been delivered, we’ll give you three weeks to see if you’re happy with how it feels (it can sometimes take a bit of time to get used to a new mattress, hence the wait).

Change it up
Not 100% happy with the feel of your mattress? Change it for a different firmness level, free of charge. Your comfort layer can be easily swapped out at home by simply unzipping the mattress cover.

The Atlantis mattress is a premium Australian made mattress which is produced with only the finest materials and local craftmanship and is fully customisable, with this in mind we are confident you will fall in love with our mattress.
So, if for any reason you aren’t satisfied with your mattress within the first 100 nights, we will offer you a full refund of your original purchase price at no cost to you during this period and collect free of charge from all Metro areas.
In addition to the 100-night trial, we also offer a free comfort adjustment to tailor the feel of your mattress it’s just not right for you, we only ask that you try the mattress for 21 nights first as it can take some time for your body to adjust to a certain feel. Please see Comfort Adjust – Exchange for further details.

If you have selected our old mattress removal service during your purchase our delivery partners will remove your old mattress at the time of your delivery, we will only remove one mattress for every mattress purchased and currently do not remove ensemble bases.
This service is only available on non-boxed deliveries in metro areas and the mattress needs to be in a clean sanitary condition.
