What is the 100 night guarantee?

The Atlantis mattress is a premium Australian made mattress which is produced with only the finest materials and local craftmanship and is fully customisable, with this in mind we are confident you will fall in love with our mattress. 

So, if for any reason you aren’t satisfied with your mattress within the first 100 nights, we will offer you a full refund of your original purchase price at no cost to you during this period and collect free of charge from all Metro areas.

In addition to the 100-night trial, we also offer a free comfort adjustment to tailor the feel of your mattress it’s just not right for you, we only ask that you try the mattress for 21 nights first as it can take some time for your body to adjust to a certain feel. Comfort Adjust – Exchange

Our exclusive Comfort Adjust system allows you to tailor each side of your mattress across three different comfort levels which allows for each person to tailor the comfort level to suit their body type and sleep position. 

When purchasing the Atlantis mattress, you will be offered the selection of Firm, Medium or Soft. Additionally you can selected a tailored option which allows you to order a ‘half-half’  split feel (e.g. firm on one side, soft on the other). 

If after 21 nights you want to change your feel across any standard or tailored mattress option simply contact our support centre and we’ll arrange to ship at no charge a different feel. Best of all this can be easily changed over by yourself in the convenience of your own home. This is done by unzipping the mattress cover and changing over the Comfort Adjust layer.

Which is the best firmness for me?

Based on years of industry feedback from the public the following can be considered when selecting the best feel for your body.

 

Firm

Suggested for predominate back sleepers or for those with lower back concerns. While this mattress is on the firmer feel it still offers a nice level of comfort.

 

Medium

Suggested for side sleepers and combinational sleepers (stomach, back and side) the medium allows the mattress to mould to your hips and shoulders to help eliminate pressure points.

 

Soft

Suggested for people who predominately sleep on their side, it’s high level of comfort ensures your hips and shoulders receive the ultimate in pressure relief while sleeping on a cloud.

 

Half – Half

Recommended for couples that have different preferences and don’t want to compromise on their preferred comfort level. Each side of the mattress can have a choice of either firm, medium or soft.

When will I receive my mattress?

Delivery time frames vary state by state. We have an estimated delivery time frame on our product pages that is calculated for what state you are viewing from, upon your purchase you will receive an email confirming your purchase and an expected delivery date. For all rural purchases delivery may take up to additional time from our estimate.

Where do you deliver to?

Atlantis Mattress is available for free delivery in all metro areas excluding ACT, NT & TAS.

For non metro areas - please use the shipping calculator during checkout to determine costs.

How are you Metro Areas Calculated?

Metro areas are up to 70kms from our warehouses located in the below locations.

NSW - Glendenning

QLD - Kedron

VIC - Braybrook & Dandenong

SA - Mile End

WA - Gnangara

If located outside this zone, your shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free metro delivery excluding ACT, NT & TAS. For non metro, please use the shipping calculator during checkout.

What sort of base do I need for my mattress?

Our mattress is designed to work on any bed frame / timber base that is both level and stable, this can be a timber slat bed frame or an upholstered ensemble base. We suggest that the base has a good centre support, is solid and level to ensure you receive the most out of your new mattress.

Does our mattress come compressed in a box?

No… We don’t cut corners by manufacturing our mattresses overseas and compressing the mattress into a box! This is only done by some to save on shipping and material costs, we only believe in using the highest quality of products and craftmanship, so we don’t compromise on quality.

Can you remove my old mattress for me?

If you have selected our old mattress removal service during your purchase our delivery partners will remove your old mattress at the time of your delivery, we will only remove one mattress for every mattress purchased and currently do not remove ensamble bases.

This service is only available in metro areas and the mattress needs to be in a clean sanitary condition.

Can you remove my ensamble base?

Currently we do not remove ensamble bases as our recyling partners do not accept these.

What payment options are available?

On checkout you will be offered the following payment options to help make your purchase as simple as possible, we accept the following credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express), Afterpay and ZipMoney.

What warranty is included?

Returns Policy

If for any reason after the first 21 nights and within the 100-night guarantee of purchase you are not happy with your Atlantis mattress you are able to return your mattress for a full refund. The return shipping is covered for all mattresses in metro areas of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth. For all regional and rural deliveries, the 100-night trial is still available, however the return shipping is not covered. We will arrange to pick up your mattress either through our delivery services or through a local charity organization. Only after your mattress has been picked up, will a full refund of your mattress will be processed.
